Products
We sell digital products, including social media templates, printable planners, and digital design files. All products are delivered digitally — no physical item will be shipped. Product images and previews are for illustration; because our items are digital templates, some elements (such as fonts or stock photos shown in previews) may need to be added by you within your own design software.

Licence and permitted use
When you purchase a digital product from us, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or business social media content. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the files, claim them as your own product, or offer them for download elsewhere. All intellectual property and ownership of the original files remain with TheSocialLearning.

Accuracy of information
We work to keep product descriptions and pricing accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Prohibited uses
You may not use our products or website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes our intellectual property rights or those of others.

Limitation of liability
Our products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
